Truer words …

“Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.”

No, these words are not original to me. They are attributed to Ralph Waldo Emerson and are still very true today. Each night I pray to Our Heavenly Father to thank Him for all He has done for me, to ask forgiveness for all my goof-ups during the day and my life, and to allow me to touch others to further His Kingdom on Earth. (Tonight, I will also be praying that our house in Tennessee sell quickly even though it’s the holiday season.) And, now, each morning I will try to thank Him for another Tomorrow.
